Pint Shot Riot - “Punches Kicks Trenches and Swords” (Visual CD Review)

Here at SUBvert we’re really big fans of Pint Shot Riot and we can’t stop playing their catchy songs in the office. So we invited Ben and Ink to visually review their debut single “Punches, Kicks Trenches and Swords” which was produced by Joe McGill (Fratellis, Figure 5).

Ben and Ink : “Punches Kicks Trenches and Swords” is a very busy and energetic track with many a punk influence throughout. A very English record with a lot of identity thanks to an upbeat and sketchy beat driven chorus. Visually i wanted to communicate the raw nature of the record that immediately came across as early as my first listen.
