Wakestock festival was hit by severe weather leaving the organisers no choice but to cancel Saturday nights music however, friday night went off with a bang and the wakeboarders pulled off some incredible tricks over the weekend.

Sunday 8th July
The sun is blazing down from the sky when the Arctic Monkeys show up on stage and a massive audience has formed for them.

Saturday 7th July
Today our prayers were answered as the rain let up and the sun escaped from behind the clouds. I’ve not seen the Flaming Lips perform live before so I’m unprepared for the theatricals which are about to follow.

Friday 6th July
Thank god for small mercies the rain stopped this morning even though it was over cast as least some of the water had dried up. We rushed to the arena to witness My Chemical Romance…

Roskilde festival unleashes a tidal wave of mud!
Not to be outdone by Glastonbury, Roskilde festival’s mud levels reached epic proportions today after days of continuous rain.
